Le Do Thai is a full-service Thai restaurant and cocktail bar located in LoDo, just steps from Union Station in downtown Denver. We serve modern Thai cuisine rooted in traditional flavors, with thoughtfully prepared vegan and gluten-free options.
Our chef and owner was born and raised in Thailand, where her love of cooking began alongside her mother, who owned a street-food business. Many of our recipes were passed down from her mother and are now thoughtfully presented with a modern touch while preserving the flavors and traditions behind them.
Our bar brings the spirit of Thailand into every glass. Our handcrafted cocktail program highlights Thai herbs, tropical fruits, aromatic spices, and unexpected flavors, with seasonal creations inspired by Thailand’s distinct seasons.
